This was a wonderful place to fall back and focus on my own restoration. The facilities are superb and the operations professional – but never sterile, stiff, or holier-than-thou. 🙂
I think part of my success here was being able to plug into something solid and well-functioning, such as Morning Meditation. But, also the work the other attendees were engaging in class. This is a lovely place on all levels that facilitate at the most fundamental levels in a soothing setting of pleasant people doing what they really value.

Actually being vulnerable enough to ‘get there’ was very scary for me.
